NOORo II / NOORo III
Senior project leadership in prior roles on the NOORo CSP complex, one of the world's largest concentrated solar power developments.
Endura Energy reflects more than 25 years of senior international experience across renewable power, energy storage, EPC and infrastructure projects. Selected engagements, named projects and career portfolio are shown below; specific references are available under engagement, subject to confidentiality.
Endura has provided owner-side, sale-side and M&A advisory support across utility-scale solar PV, battery energy storage and concentrated solar power assets in the United States, in coordination with the project's legal and tax advisors. The engagements below are described in summary form to honour client confidentiality.
Combined: 857.8 MWdc
Endura provided owner-side technical and commercial support across four utility-scale photovoltaic projects in Texas, developed by a major international renewable energy owner and constructed under EPC contracts with leading U.S. solar EPC contractors.
857.8 MWdc combined across four projects
Scope. Project configuration, major equipment review, sourcing and cost-data support, contractual owner-side review, and supporting documentation in connection with FEOC, Domestic Content, ITC and Safe Harbor matters, in coordination with the project's legal and tax advisors.
Combined: 570 MW / 1,140 MWh
Endura supported the sale and technical and commercial due diligence processes for a portfolio of three utility-scale battery energy storage projects in Texas developed by a U.S.-based renewable energy developer.
570 MW / 1,140 MWh combined across three projects
Scope. Sale-process support, technical and commercial due diligence, project assumptions and risk review, equipment and supplier strategy, and BESS-specific EPC and integration considerations.
Two phases · Owner-side, then potential acquirer-side
Endura was engaged through 2025 on the Crescent Dunes 100 MW concentrated solar power plant in Nevada — a molten-salt tower CSP asset with full thermal storage — in two distinct, sequential phases.
Support to the asset's owner — through Tonopah Solar Energy LLC — in a commercial repositioning following the late-2024 cancellation of the prior PPA. Endura facilitated initial engagement with a major Las Vegas-based data-center counterparty in a process that culminated in the contracting of a new PPA for the asset.
Support to a potential acquirer in a structured M&A process for the asset, including technical, legal, tax and documentation review and risk analysis. During this period, Xavier Lara served as President of SolStor Tonopah Energy LLC (STE), the special-purpose vehicle structured for the potential acquisition.
Active engagement · Expansion to FDD, DC and ITC packages in pursuit
Endura was awarded a 2026 mandate for contract management support on a U.S. renewable energy project, covering ongoing contractual administration, counterparty engagement, change-order and variation management, and alignment of the project's contractual framework with applicable U.S. tax-credit compliance requirements.
Scope. Contract administration, counterparty engagement, change-order and variation management, and contractual coordination with the project's legal and tax advisors. Financial Due Diligence, Domestic Content and ITC compliance packages are in active pursuit with the same counterparty.
Specific client and counterparty references are shared confidentially under engagement, subject to applicable confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations.
